Shipping costs (incl. statutory value added tax)

Our shipping costs are 4.95€ in Germany (DE), Austria (AT). From 200€ we deliver free of charge in DE + AT.
Shipping to Switzerland (CH) costs 8.99€

Shipping to the Netherlands (NLD) costs 4.99€ and Europe-wide (EU) we deliver for 9.99€. For worldwide, international shipping to non-EU countries we charge 19.90 EUR. Additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply.

We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice. If paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract. If you have any questions, you will find our contact details in the imprint.
